2012

The First Kitchen

Costa Vida opens its doors at a small 800 sq ft kitchen in Roseville, CA, serving lunch to local workers. The line wraps around the block on day one.

2014

Growing the Menu

We expanded our offerings with a full dinner menu and catering services, bringing Costa Vida's flavors to weddings, corporate events, and family gatherings.

2016

New Location Opens

Demand led us to open a second, larger location featuring a full dining room, private event space, and an open kitchen concept that guests love.

2019

Community Award

Costa Vida receives the Roseville Business Excellence Award for Community Impact — recognizing our local sourcing, charity work, and neighborhood involvement.

Online Ordering Launch
